How do the cleaners gain access to my home? Let us know your preference. We are happy to work with you on the best way to ensure lock outs do not occur.
How do you accept payment for cleaning services?
We accept, cash, checks, all major credit cards Venmo, Paypal and Square.
Is Tipping normal? If so how much? Yes it is. There is no suggest percentage, any amount is greatly appreciated by your cleaning specialist.
What is something breaks? This seldom occur, but any event a accident happen, please contact our office immediately to work with our insurance partners to get the object value replaced.
Is the PRICE NEGOITABLE? No, our rated are calculated by the information you provide in our booking package.
Do you send the same professional cleaning specialist each time? We do our best to send the same cleaning specialist to your home for a recurring sparkling clean.
Is there a rescheduling fee? We do not charge rescheduling or cancellation, as long as it is done in 48hours of original booking.
What if l do not like my clean? In case your cleaner falls short of your expectations, please let us know within 24 hours and our Nashboro Cleaning team will make things right.
What happens in case of a lockout? Because we organize and coordinate all of our appointments a few days in advance, a late cancellation fee of $40 will be applied.
What is not included
Due to health, safety and insurance reasons there are certain types of work we cannot do the following:
- Removal of pets and bodily fluids
- Infestation removal
- Balconies, decks, backyards, and exterior windows
- Cleaning of areas outside of normal reach or areas above the reach of 3-foot step ladder.
